APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

It can be applied by pouring<\/strong>, optionally helping the application with a metal spatula<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For sealing cracks from 1 to 10 mm<\/strong>, mix the product with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS<\/strong> until a homogeneous consistency<\/strong> is obtained.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pour the product<\/strong> into the crack and, if necessary, spread it with a metal spatula<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After 24 hours<\/strong>, apply one or two coats<\/strong> of WINJOINT TOP COAT<\/strong> using a roller or brush<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For joints ranging from \u22651 cm up to a maximum of 2 cm<\/strong>, apply a first coat<\/strong> of the product mixed with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS<\/strong>, then immediately broadcast SC3 quartz to saturation<\/strong> (quartz consumption approx. 30 g\/m per 1 cm of width), and proceed with the application of the product until the joint is fully filled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After 24 hours<\/strong>, apply one or two coats<\/strong> of WINJOINT TOP COAT<\/strong> using a roller or brush<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

Quickly clean the substrate<\/strong> to remove dust or any loose parts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of use for joint treatment<\/strong>, remove any previously applied sealants<\/strong>. Then insert WINJOINT FOAM<\/strong>, a compressible non-stick backer rod<\/strong>, into the joint to create the \u201cthird wall<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apply the product at temperatures between +10\u00b0C and +50\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  • Consumption of the bituminous sealant only: 100\u2013110 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead,<\/li>\n
  • Consumption of the sealant mixed with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS: 120\u2013130 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead,<\/li>\n
  • Top coat consumption: 15\u201320 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead in one or two coats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
