Winplan 370, <\/strong>Premixed, quick-drying screed for both internal and external settings.<\/p>\n

It allows the creation of adherent screeds<\/strong> with thicknesses from 1 cm to 3 cm<\/strong> and floating screeds<\/strong> from 3 cm to 8 cm<\/strong>, applied in one coat<\/strong>, in one single application without stopping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Applicable on new or old slabs<\/strong>, boilers<\/strong>, concrete<\/strong>, radiant floors<\/strong>, or existing floors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ideal for balconies<\/strong>, terraces<\/strong>, offices<\/strong>, residential environments<\/strong>, floors with high pedestrian traffic<\/strong>, such as shopping centres<\/strong> or industrial floors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be coated with ceramic<\/strong>, resilient materials<\/strong>, natural stone<\/strong>, parquet<\/strong>, wood<\/strong>, or any other coating where a quick drying<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The product is used to create both adherent screeds<\/strong>, using ADEGUM LATEX<\/strong> or WINCOLLA<\/strong> as adhesion promoters<\/strong> (see technical data sheet), or floating load distributing layers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the latter case, suitable layers are recommended for the specific intended use.<\/p>\n

For application on radiant floors<\/strong>, a thickness of at least 3 cm above the pipes<\/strong> is recommended.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If parquet<\/strong> must be installed, the layer must not be less than 4 cm<\/strong> and with residual humidity less than 2%<\/strong> (UNI 10329- UNI 11371 and UNI 11515-1 standards)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mix with 2.5 litres of water per bag<\/strong>, until a homogeneous mixture with a consistency of \u201cdamp earth<\/strong>\u201d is obtained.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With thicknesses from 4 cm to 8 cm<\/strong>, place electro-welded galvanized mesh<\/strong> with 5×5 cm mesh, \u00f8 2 mm<\/strong>, at about half of the thickness.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alternatively, use FIBER HD synthetic fibers<\/strong> (0.5%<\/strong> of the total weight).<\/p>\n

The finishing with a trowel<\/strong> must be carried out within 60 minutes of application<\/strong>, until a closed and smooth surface<\/strong> is obtained.<\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

Do not add cement or additives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Do not use if bag is damaged<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Do not add water<\/strong> when the mix begins to grip.<\/p>\n

Do not apply on asphalt surfaces<\/strong> or surfaces treated with bitumen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Create the insulation joint<\/strong> along the entire perimeter and around the pillars and the hydrometric shrinkage joints<\/strong>, following the appropriate diagram shown in the technical data sheet (UNI EN 11493-1).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Provide a protective layer<\/strong> on substrates that require a vapor barrier<\/strong> (UNI EN 13970 standard), or in case of applications that require a barrier against capillary rising damp<\/strong> (UNI EN 13969 standard).<\/p>\n
