Liquid waterproofing<\/strong>, elastomeric<\/strong>, white<\/strong>, reflective<\/strong>, water-based<\/strong>, fast drying<\/strong>, highly durable<\/strong> and resistant<\/strong>, capable of reducing the temperature of the treated surface<\/strong> by up to 50%<\/strong>. It guarantees resistance to water stagnation<\/strong> and can also be used on large surfaces<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Its quick drying<\/strong> makes it protected from the rain<\/strong> after only a few hours, making possible to start and finish the work in a single day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Formulated<\/strong> for the protection<\/strong> and waterproofing<\/strong> of highly irradiated concrete<\/strong> or fiber cement roofs<\/strong> and for the maintenance<\/strong> of bituminous membranes<\/strong> (oxidized for at least 180 days after laying<\/strong>), including slated material<\/strong>. For the protection of the reflective surface<\/strong>, it is recommended to apply WINCLEAN<\/strong>, transparent protective cleaner<\/strong>, with low-dirt pick-up<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

It can be applied with a spatula<\/strong>, roller<\/strong>, brush<\/strong>, flat brush<\/strong>, or airless pump<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On particularly chalking surfaces<\/strong>, a prior application<\/strong> of the consolidating agent WINFIX CONCRETE<\/strong> is recommended.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apply the product in two coats<\/strong>. To obtain a homogeneous<\/strong> and ideal thickness for waterproofing<\/strong>, it is recommended to always place between the two coats our reinforcement sheet WINTECHNO MAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For laying on substrates with irregular geometry<\/strong> (for example corrugated sheet metal<\/strong>), it is possible to apply the product in two coats<\/strong> without the interposition of WINTECHNO MAT reinforcement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The system provides the application, on the perimeter edges<\/strong>, of the BC SEAL BAND waterproof adhesive strip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For pipes<\/strong>, drainpipes<\/strong>, ventilation pipes<\/strong> etc, use BC SEAL PAD waterproof self-adhesive square<\/strong>, in combination with BC SEAL BAND<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Joints up to 1cm wide<\/strong>, must be sealed with WINJOINT BAND joint cover strip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the width of the joints is greater than 1cm<\/strong>, they must be sealed using a system consisting of WINJOINT FOAM<\/strong> (compressible joint bottom<\/strong>), WINJOINT SEAL<\/strong> (polyurethane sealant<\/strong>) and WINJOINT BAND<\/strong><\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Carefully clean the support<\/strong> to remove dust<\/strong>, crumbly parts<\/strong>, foreign<\/strong> or non-stick substances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The application<\/strong> must take place on a dry surface<\/strong>. It is always recommended to check for the presence of hidden humidity<\/strong>, to avoid flaking or bubbles<\/strong>, due to vapor pressure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Provide periodic cleaning of the treated surfaces<\/strong> (approximately every two years<\/strong>) and the reapplication of WINCLEAN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For floor grinding<\/strong> use WINLIVEL self-levelling<\/strong>, for irregularities from 1mm to 15mm<\/strong> or WINLIVEL RAPID self-levelling<\/strong> for irregularities from 1mm to 20mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To create the new screed<\/strong>, use WINPLAN 370<\/strong>, a quick-drying screed<\/strong> or WINPLAN PRO<\/strong>, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apply at temperatures between +5\u00b0C +35\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
