Royal Fast, <\/strong>improved cementitious adhesive, for laying ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and stone material (as long as it is not sensitive to humidity), on floors and\/or coatings.<\/p>\n

Classified according to UNI EN 12004 (C2FT)<\/strong>: Cement adhesive<\/strong> with improved adhesion<\/strong>, quick setting<\/strong>, and reduced slip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be used, both internally and externally<\/strong>, for laying ceramic floors of any type, on various substrates such as cement screeds<\/strong>, heated floors<\/strong>, self-levelling<\/strong>, plasters<\/strong>, and even waterproofing products<\/strong> of the Winkler range such as WINGRIP BITUMINOSO<\/strong> and WINFLEX CEMENT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Thanks to its setting speed<\/strong>, it allows a quick creation of coatings<\/strong>, even at low temperatures<\/strong>, while still ensuring excellent workability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be applied with thicknesses from 3mm up to 10mm<\/strong>, without a previous bedding applied.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n


\nThe product must be applied with a notched trowel<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For large-format coverings<\/strong> (with an area greater than 900 cm\u00b2<\/strong>) or whenever a \u201cfull bed\u201d application<\/strong> is required according to the UNI EN 11493-1<\/strong> standard, ROYAL FAST<\/strong> must be laid following the technique called \u201cdouble spreading<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cback-buttering<\/strong>\u201d, which means spreading it on the back of the tile<\/strong> or stone to ensure complete coverage<\/strong> and a greater adhesion<\/strong> to the support.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

Make sure that the application surfaces are clean<\/strong>, free from salts<\/strong> and crumbly parts<\/strong>. Check that the substrate is consistent<\/strong>, that it has undergone the correct curing<\/strong>, does not present any lesions<\/strong> and that it complies with the requirements indicated in the UNI EN 11493-1<\/strong> standard.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apply at temperatures between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C<\/strong>. For substrates with irregularities greater than 10mm<\/strong>, use WINLIVEL<\/strong> or WINLIVEL RAPID<\/strong> self-levelling products. On vertical surfaces<\/strong> use WR05-WINTONAC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of substrates difficult to wet<\/strong>, such as pre-existing ceramics<\/strong>, for overcoating<\/strong>, after careful cleaning<\/strong>, apply WINGRIP EVO<\/strong> (see technical data sheet), at the rate of 300 g\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, and wait two hours<\/strong> before finally proceeding with the application.<\/p>\n

To lay a screed, use WINPLAN 370<\/strong>, a quick-drying screed<\/strong> or WINPLAN PRO<\/strong>, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
