Skermo Terrazze,<\/strong> is a transparent water repellent for the waterproofing treatment of balconies, terraces, as well for vertical concrete or masonry structures.<\/p>\n

It is a solvent-free product<\/strong> with 100% active material<\/strong>, able to penetrate in depth<\/strong> guaranteeing a durability of 10 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Skermo Terrazze doesn\u2019t modify the aspect of surfaces<\/strong> and it prevents the outcrop of efflorescence, moss, lichen, seaweed, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The use of Skermo Terrazze<\/strong>\u00a0is highly recommended in marine areas<\/strong>, in which its application helps prevent the early corrosion of the metal reinforcement inside the concrete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Make sure<\/strong> that the supports are clean<\/strong> and free of dust, oils, grease, and non-stick substances<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Restore<\/strong> any deteriorated grout line<\/strong> using WINSTUCCO FLEX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The product can be applied over dump surfaces<\/strong>, but not over saturated wet surfaces or stagnant water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Insist<\/strong> the thorough application over the grout lines<\/strong> and remove any excess<\/strong> of SKERMO TERRAZZE<\/strong> within 15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Protect<\/strong> the treated surfaces from water, excess dew, or frost<\/strong> for at least 18 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apply<\/strong> at temperatures (ambient and substrate<\/strong>) between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
