Wingum Pro Teck Rapid<\/strong><\/span>, <\/strong>bituminous waterproofing liquid membrane in water dispersion, thixotropic, quick drying.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resistant to water stagnation<\/strong> and atmospheric agents<\/strong>, formulated with new generation raw materials<\/strong> that ensure UV resistance<\/strong>, even without protection<\/strong>, for up to 2 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Its rapid drying<\/strong> makes it rainproof after only a few hours<\/strong>, and if the weather conditions permit and if the surface areas are not particularly large, the product can be applied wet-on-wet<\/strong>, making possible to start and finish the work in a single day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be applied to surfaces, even flat ones<\/strong> of concrete<\/strong>, fiber cement<\/strong>, wood<\/strong>, natural stone<\/strong>, and bricks<\/strong>, to waterproof flat roofs<\/strong>, foundations<\/strong>, gutter canals<\/strong>, and terraces<\/strong>. It is particularly suitable for restoring deteriorated bituminous membranes<\/strong>, both smooth<\/strong> (oxidised at least 180 days after laying<\/strong>) and slated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be used as a waterproofing layer before laying floating floors<\/strong> and, thanks to the corrosion inhibitor<\/strong> contained within it, is suitable for waterproofing metal surfaces<\/strong>, even oxidisable ones<\/strong>, without the need for specific primers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Can also be used for localized emergency repairs<\/strong> on old bituminous membranes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

It can be applied by trowel<\/strong>, roller<\/strong>, brush<\/strong>, or spray<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For surfaces larger than 50 square meters<\/strong>, in case of strong stresses<\/strong> and to even out the surface layer<\/strong>, reinforce with WINTECHNO MAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The system provides a firm bond<\/strong> for the application on the perimeter edges<\/strong> of the BC SEAL BAND waterproof adhesive strip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For pipes<\/strong>, drainpipes<\/strong>, ventilation pipes<\/strong>, etc. use BC SEAL PAD<\/strong>, waterproof self-adhesive square<\/strong>, in combination with BC SEAL BAND<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Joints up to 1cm wide<\/strong>, must be sealed with WINJOINT BAND joint cover strip<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the width of the joints is greater than 1cm<\/strong>, they must be sealed using a system consisting of WINJOINT FOAM<\/strong> (compressible joint base<\/strong>), WINJOINT SEAL<\/strong> (polyurethane sealant<\/strong>) and WINJOINT BAND<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure<\/strong> that the application substrates<\/strong> are clean<\/strong>, dry<\/strong>, and free from crumbling parts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On crumbling surfaces<\/strong>, we recommend applying WINFIX CONCRETE<\/strong> or WINGUM PRO TECK RAPID<\/strong>, previously diluted with 20% water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For visible waterproofing<\/strong>, it is advisable to treat the product<\/strong> with the protective paints<\/strong> of the 2000 PLUS<\/strong>, 2000 PLUS REFLEX<\/strong>, ECOSILVERALL<\/strong> or COVERAME series<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Avoid contact with water until completely dry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is always advisable to check<\/strong>, before laying any waterproofing product, for the presence of hidden moisture<\/strong> (see TDS<\/strong>), to avoid flaking and surface bubbles<\/strong>, due to vapor pressure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Apply at temperatures between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
