Isobitol<\/strong>, a special bituminous emulsion made from top quality bitumen with the addition of thixotropic extenders and resins for the protection of concrete, bricks, fibre cement slabs, ceramic, non-oxidising metals, wood, and insulating panels.<\/p>\n

It is used for waterproofing any sloped terraces<\/strong>, roofs<\/strong> and fibre cement slabs<\/strong>, concrete basins<\/strong>, cisterns<\/strong>, foundations<\/strong>, external walls<\/strong>, silos<\/strong>, freeze rooms<\/strong> and earthed tanks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It can also be used as an adhesive for insulating materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n


\nIt can be applied with roller<\/strong>, brush<\/strong>, spatula<\/strong>, or trowel<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On surfaces subject to chalking<\/strong>, we recommend a preventive application<\/strong> of the consolidating agent WINFIX CONCRETE<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS\/SURFACE PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure that the surfaces are clean, dry, and free of loose parts, powder, any form of grease or substances impending adhesion.<\/p>\n

Before applying any waterproof product, please check for hidden moisture contained in the support (see technical sheets) in order to avoid scaling and superficial blisters due to vapour pressure.<\/p>\n

Apply at temperatures between +5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
