Established in 1987, WINKLER was set up with the aim of innovating chemical products for the construction industry.
In the early nineties, following its partnership with a major player in the oil industry, Winkler began to specialise in the production of reliable, high performance, long-lasting bituminous waterproofing systems.<\/span><\/p>\n
