WINJOINT SEAL
Winjoint Seal, high quality, single-component, polyurethane adhesive sealant, specific for floor expansion joints.
It guarantees high flexibility even at low temperatures. The product is classified as F 25HM, according to ISO 11600:2011.
The excellent resistance to oils, fuels and UV makes the product suitable for application in mechanical workshops, garages, and both on internal and external industrial floors even where heavy vehicles (cars, forklifts, etc.) can pass.
The product adheres to all substrates used in construction and can be easily painted.
APPLICATION
After having carefully prepared and cleaned the joint, extrude the contents of the bag with a suitable professional gun. For a better aesthetic effect, it is recommended to smooth with a solution of water and soap.
The product must adhere only on two vertical walls of the joint, to avoid issues from movement.
With joints from 9 mm to 3 cm wide, it will be necessary to insert WINJOINT FOAM (polyethylene rod), as the 3rd joint bottom wall. Its dimensions must exceed the width of the joint by 25%.
USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be treated must be solid, clean, and dry.
To avoid getting dirt the edges, we recommend masking the joint with paper tape.
Some chemical agents could give dimensional variations to the product.
Do not apply in presence of alcohol, solvents, or uncured sealants.

The product, in its undamaged packaging and stored in a cool and dry place, has a shelf-life of 12 months.
Not frost-proof.
